Do you offer quilting classes?

Fabric Bash does offer quilting classes. Classes are fun and you get to learn how to quilt or to advance your quilting skills. They are even more fun if you come with a friend. If you come by yourself, I am sure you will make friends very quickly. Quilting friend are the best.

Our Block-Of-the-Month (BOM) 2019 quilting class will begin on February 14, 2019 and run every second Thursday of the month till January 2020. We will meet from 1:00 pm - to 3:30 pm. The cost is $10.00 per month. This year we will be putting together 12 12 inch blocks from the book Farm Girl Vintage by Lori Holt. Our first class we will do the the baby chick block. The book is available at the store. Please call us to sign up for this class.

Other class that we will offer are:

Jelly Roll Race: This class will take a precut Jelly Roll and make a beautiful quilt top. This quilt is easy to make and perfect for a beginner quilter. You will learn the importance of a quarter of an inch seem and have lots of practice with this great quilt. You will have a quiltop in a couple of hours. It is called a Jelly Roll Race for a fun and fast quilt top. If you have never heard about a Jelly Roll, here is a link to tell you how much and what width and length the fabric is.

There will be another block of the month starting soon. This one will help new quilter learn new skills such as half square triangles and applique. There will be 2 color options. The kits along with the pattern will be available. You will just need to bring your quilting sewing machine and we will get started.
